cancellation and no show policy

Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice when canceling your appointment. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be 50% charge of the service for which you were scheduled. This policy is strictly enforced. If you no show an appointment you must pay for the service missed. A no-show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment. We appreciate your business and understanding.
